Who We Are
The Colorado Firefighters Foundation (COLFF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2025 to support Colorado’s firefighters and first responders. Our mission is to safeguard the health, safety, and readiness of those who protect our communities. We provide access to behavioral health resources, advanced training, and essential fire gear—ensuring our firefighters can perform at their best, both on and off duty.

Grants for Colorado's Volunteer Fire Departments
Volunteer departments do the same work with a fraction of the funding. COLFF grants help close that gap — covering the gear, training, and equipment needs that stretch a small budget past its limit. If your department is working around a shortage, we want to hear about it.

- Behavioral health and wellness resources
Who can apply:
- Any volunteer fire department serving a Colorado community. Applications are reviewed on need, community impact, and how far the funding will go.
